International Sales Representative

International Sales Representative
Responsible for achieving sales objectives and margin targets with our international clients, dealers and potential channel partners while maximizing customer satisfaction.


Excellent ability and track record to drive territory revenue growth through professional selling techniques including understanding the customer’s business, the organization and political structure, buying process, competitive issues and the customer’s applications. Develops plans, strategies and tactics to penetrate accounts positioning Four Nordic to win a growing share of the customer’s expenditures on High-End IT equipment and services.


Professionally orchestrates and utilizes all appropriate Four Nordic resources, including technical sales resources, to win business and over achieve quota objectives. Possesses excellent telephone, written communication skills. Presents proposals/quotations and negotiates satisfactory agreements between Four Nordic and the customer or partner. Exhibits leadership in providing input to the organization on customer requirements to improve our programs, products and services to meet the dynamic needs of our customers and partners.


Ability to work with our CRM system to maximize effectiveness, and provide forecast and management planning information. Demonstrates technical aptitude as well as ease in using the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, dealers, partners and fellow Four Nordic team members.


Main Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed established quota objectives
  • Leverage both telephone selling techniques and face-to-face customer calls, where appropriate, to maximize revenue generation
  • Establish strong working relationships with Four Nordic partners
  • Develop successful account plans utilizing both Four Nordic and partner resources to meet account and partner objectives
  • Establish a deep understanding/partnership with each account to position Four Nordic as a value added supplier and drive customer retention
  • Work with export compliance team to ensure 100% compliance with all export requirements and regulations
  • Jointly develop with Marketing targeted presentations, proposals/quotations, etouches and other programs that will differentiate Four Nordic from the competition and improve sales success
  • To increase sales efficiencies, develop and drive lower cost web based and other automated strategies to meet low volume, low value, transactional opportunities
  • Develop and grow knowledge of Four Nordic’s products and services Ensure high customer satisfaction in all accounts Exhibit the utmost professionalism at all times Complete other assignments/projects, as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in business and/or marketing. Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent with working knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Excellent telephone, communication and organization skills required
  • Effective and professional communication skills - verbal and written
  • Recognized problem solver with ability to interface with many departments
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain database and work with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
